2025 Scholarship Recipient        Sebastian Cuevas

Sebastian Cuevas was awarded the Eric Bassett Memorial Scholarship in May 2025.  Sebastian graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cy-Fair High School. He was active in Cy-Fair Marching Band for 4 years where he served as Section Leader junior year and Brass Captain senior year. Sebastian was also Principal Horn of Cy-Fair Wind Ensemble for 3 years, member of the Tri-M Music Honors Society, and Lead Builder of Cy-Fair Robotics. He will enter Texas A&M in the fall of 2025 where he plans to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Gig ‘Em Aggies!
